Troubleshooting Tips 

Experiencing issues accessing or completing your training? Most technical problems can be resolved by following these quick steps.

EZIZ lessons require all buttons clicked, questions answered, and audio finished before proceeding to the next page. Please click any buttons or photos according to the instructions. 

  • Clear Your Browser Cache: Accumulated data can sometimes interfere with site performance. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart your browser.
  • Check Your Browser: For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Disable Pop-up Blockers: Some modules require pop-ups to launch properly. Ensure that your browser’s pop-up blocker is set to “Allow” for our training domain.
  • Refresh the Page: If a video or interactive slide fails to load, a simple page refresh often resolves the connection issue.
  • Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable network connection. If you are on a restricted workplace network (VPN), try disconnecting or contacting the CDPH IT department to ensure the training site is whitelisted.
